Mandate

The Fédération Québécoise des Clubs Quads brings together 150 clubs and more than 65,000 members in the province of Quebec. Its activities are largely related to the promotion of a safe environment for the leisure and financial support that helps the clubs to conduct the maintenance of a trail network of more than 20,000 km. Despite the benefits of more than one billion of dollars per year, the Quad tourism remains loosely structured on the offer level. The Route Quad project is the first tangible initiative of structured offer in quad tourism. Appcom was mandated to develop a Web site and multiple promotional components for the project, including a corporate image, a logo, promotional signage and an interactive mapping, as well as a paper version of it.

Responsive website

A corporate image and a logo conveying the pleasure and the enthusiasm for this motor sport through the Route Quad were created. The graphic style was then used to produce various items such as promotional signage, magazine and Web site ads, Ad Word advertisement, traffic signs, paper maps, and a responsive Web site.

In addition to being a premium promotional tool, the Web site aims to inform the visitors about the different itineraries set up for the promotion. To do so, a specialized interactive map was developed in order to allow the user to view all the regions offering trails, as well as all the relevant information related to these trails. The Web statistics of this campaign demonstrate that during the first six months, the visit rate reached 200% of the promotional targets established by the organization: a great success!
